![]() ![]() On the Your Info page, you’ll see your account avatar or photo (if you have one), then just below it, your current Microsoft account name. Next, sign in to your Microsoft account using your password. If the username lookup wasn't successful, for example you hadn't set up or no longer have access to your security contact information, try looking for your Microsoft account username within other products or services that you know are associated with that account. First, open your favorite web browser and navigate to the Microsoft Account Profile website. When you see the account you're looking for, select Sign in. Request a security code to be sent to the phone number or email you used. Look up your username using your security contact phone number or email address. If you previously set up security info on your Microsoft account, you can use this option to retrieve your username. Select Finish and the password will be created. Enter the Password and Password hint you want, and then select Next. Select Accounts, and then select Sign-in options. Specify a short username for the account. Click the Start icon on the middle of the taskbar, and then select Settings. ![]() Click the Add a user without a Microsoft account option. Click the I don't have this person's sign-in information option. Move on to the next step: Step 2: Check products or services where you used your Microsoft account Lookup your username if you have security info set up on your account Under the 'Other users' section, click the Add someone else to this PC option. Tip: This option won't work if you don't have security info set up on your account or if you can no longer access that security info.
